EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES: 
For an additional $15.95 we offer overnight delivery, but you must order before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday

BACKORDERS:
 You will be notified by email or phone, of items on backorder and their expected delivery date. Please allow 4-6 weeks for backorders. Items ordered together may not be shipped together.

TAX POLICY: BreaknBones collects sales tax in the state of California. The charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.

RETURN POLICY:
 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BreaknBones purchase, please return it within ten (10) days, and we will exchange it for a product of your choice or merchandise credit. No questions, no hassles, no refunds. Items returned after 10 days and up to 30 days are subject to a $5.95 reshipping/restocking fee. Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be refused. Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. All items must have the original tag’s still attached and must be in original condition. Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned. BreaknBones reserves the right to refuse any exchanges not meeting these requirements. We recommended using a shipping method that has a tracking/insurance for your return. BreaknBones is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
